Meets each Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.in the Fellowship Hall
Looking to add a little physical and spiritual fitness into your life?  This is the place for you! 
Each week this class offers 45 minutes of exercise followed by 15 minutes of devotion –
it’s exercise for your heart and soul and we can all use a little of that!  So, get your leotard out of the drawer and dust off those tennis shoes and come for an hour each week of fun and fellowship as we get fit together! 
This is free and open to anyone 18 years of age or older and all fitness levels.

• The next Men's Breakfast will meet Saturday, March 3, 7 p.m., in The Haven. 
• 3G Thursdays,  the afterschool program for students in grades 5-8, started up Sept. 27, and is held 3:30-5:30 p.m. each Thursday during the school year.  
• Lent Begins on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 22.   Wednesday Lenten services will be held at noon and 7 p.m. during the season of Lent.   Light lunches will be served after the noon services, and a dinner will precede the evening services, with serving beginning at 5:45 p.m.    All are welcome to join in these mid-week Lenten services and meals.
• The Special Appeal to fund new cribs for the Day School has met its goal and the new cribs to meet new federal guidelines have been ordered!   Thanks to everyone who participated in this project!.
